General Information

1. Children who are attending for a full day should bring a packed lunch or a pre-prepared meal suitable for heating in the microwave. You may also wish to provide tea for your child.
 
2. A drink of milk/juice and biscuits will be provided during the morning and a drink of juice and fruit will be provided during the afternoon session.
 
3. Please provide your child with a complete change of clothes, toothbrush and soft indoor shoes or slippers.
 
4. Children play most happily when they are dressed in loose, comfortable clothing. Please also ensure your child has suitable outdoor clothing i.e. warm coat and Wellington boots in the winter months and a sun hat and sun cream during the summer months.
 
5. If your child has conjunctivitis, temperature, sickness or any similar virus, we would ask you to please keep your child at home. Should your child fall ill whilst at nursery, we will contact you immediately.
 
6. If any person. other than parents, is to collect your child, we must be informed in advance who that person is and identification should be brought with them.

8. We regret that our insurance and registration does not permit us to accept children before 8am and we therefore request that you do not arrive at the Nursery before this time.
 
9. We would ask parents to park with consideration for the residents of the village, refrain from parking on the pavements and the grass at the front of the Nursery and to observe the parking restrictions. There is parking at the rear of the Nursery.
 
10. Please note that fees must still be paid during absence through sickness, holidays and Bank Holidays (with the exception of Christmas week when the Nursery is closed) as your child's place at nursery is kept open and staffing levels must be maintained.
